Sampling Systems
Sampling Systems SSO
Manual, continuous, closed sampling systems for liquid and gaseous samples for a wide range of applications. The systems will take emission-free, representative samples while providing operator safety. Easy to install and to operate with additional versions to meet customer needs.
Individually manufactured Swissfluid sampling systems do considerably contribute to quality and process improvements due to extremely representative sampling. The systems are customized according to customer requirements and depending on the field of application. Such application-driven systems, assuring safe and fresh sampling of liquids or gaseous media protect people and environment and are improving the quality of the process over all.
Desired samples of critical media, even toxic, are achieved through the automated closing during sampling or the integrated, forced control feature. For hermetic sampling, proven accessories such as safety cabinets, needle adapters, piston injectors and activated carbon filters can be applied.
Various options and accessories even in combination with the inline sampling valves as well as sampling systems are available.
Fully Integrated Sampling Systems SSO-C
Inline Sampling Valves can be paired with sampling cylinder, pre-measuring container, needle adapter, piston injector, cooling or heating system, in open systems or contained in safety cabinets. This assures safe and simple sampling of toxic media and gases.
Sampling Station SSO-S
The forced control feature allows the user to draw a representative sample even at high pressure and high temperature applications. Atmospheric pressure directs the fresh sample into a sample bottle with a secure top or through a septum. Heating cylinders are available options.
Sampling System SSO-P
These systems are suitable for stationary or mobile applications. Typically, samples from several production lines are drawn by the same system without mixing them. An easy collection of the samples at a fixed location, even under high pressure or temperature conditions, allows a safe operator handling of gaseous, semi-gaseous or other media.
